We work to provide you with all the accomodations you need during your stay so that you can focus on your project.  

Barbara Welsh, Executive Director

Barbara is a long time Vineyard resident and fundraising and marketing professional. Barbara has spent her career in the non-profit sector supporting the mission and work of many Vineyard and off island organizations. Personally Barbara enjoys restoring furniture, gardening and her time as a mermaid.

Beverly Mazza, Financial Manager

Bev has been living and working on the Island of Martha’s Vineyard since 1980. For over 30 years, she has worked as an office manager for several island companies, and independently as a bookkeeper for companies and individuals. Beverly enjoys playing tennis, gardening and cooking.

Cindy Curran, Chef

Cindy began her cooking career working for ten years as a chef on private boats in the Caribbean. She then came to the Vineyard and opened Cafe Moxie where she was chef/owner for 8 years. She now runs a very successful private chef service.

Suely Oliveira, Housekeeping Manager

Suely moved to the United States in 2004 from Mexico. After getting established she started her home management business 2008. Today she employees twelve women and manages over 70 homes. Suely and her crew have been with TLCF since the opening.
